Do I need to cut my hair up more?
Yes, you need more hair in the bang area. Yours already comes from quite far back but hers is a lot thicker. It looks like your hair is much thinner. Most of the models have false pieces here and there, just to add a bit of "fullness", and you might consider that. See if you can get a small thin strip that you put in just in front.
Otherwise, try to fluff them up a bit. THey are too flat, and too straight which makes them very thin. Dry them around a large round brush to give them some shape — that makes them look a lot fuller.
