I asked my sister about the realestate market status and her reply was that the report was that the economy is not doing well but there is a lot of new residential and commercial construction going on.If i hold on to it longer I’m afraid that I missed the boom in construction and if I sell now I might regret it for being impatient. the lots are in a gated subdivision .

If these are not special lots. I mean corner or larger than other lots its good to sell during the housing boom. If they are elite to the sub-division they will hold or increase in more value than regular lots as time goes on.

How long will it take for a morgage company to foreclose on my commercial building

Usually they start the process when you are 90 days late. You then have 90 more days in a non-judicial foreclosure state ( Arizona and California). If they have to take you to court, it will take another 6-9 months until they take the building.
