Stop deceptive lending that leads to foreclosures

My name is Cheryl Thomas and I live in Temple Hills, Maryland. I am currently at risk of losing my home and am working two full time jobs to make my mortgage payments. When I refinanced my mortgage, my broker convinced me to take out a risky-high rate loan even though my credit was in good standing. She said if made on time payments she would help me refinance at a better rate. I made my payments on time she never helped me refinance. Now I am locked into a loan that I cannot afford. I know I am not alone in this situation. If elected president how will you protect borrowers from brokers who will say whatever they have to to sell a loan?

Me and my sister are trying to get a house together and our credit is pretty bad. We would be able to afford the rent b/c we both work. We don’t have time to boost our credit by getting debt counseling. We will probably do that after we get settled into a house.We would be trying to move at the end of July. We already reside in Pa, and still want to move within the state.

The landlords in the ghetto areas handle dead beats their own way and are less inclined to worry about your credit.

i started this process in 2009/Sept and i am really tired of waiting for this deal to go through but i think shes getting paid by the rental company to keep renting from me. so to shut me up she signed a purchase agreement and then she had me sign a rental agreement? what the deuce is really up!? can she do this ? am i screwed? or can i sue and if so on what grounds.

If you signed you have no grounds to sue.

can anyone tell me about free grants and free unclaimed money?

what do i have to do to find out about government grants and if i have unclaimed money or realestate

to get a grant will take you 2-6 yrs and even then, only 1 in 100
apps get a penny.

unclaimed $–ask your state treasurer.
