How is the realestate market doing in chennai?

i have a land in Sriperumbudur at nemili park.It is located near by rajiv gandhi college of eng.We bought it at 2007 at the cost of Rs 100 per sq ft .does the price increase now if so how much is the recent price.

now Rs.350 /sq ft

Can you ask a realestate agent to drop the price of a rental?

I’m really interested in this property to rent but it’s about $20 a week over my budget I think they are also having trouble renting the property as there are desperately perusing me.

You can always ask, but I have NEVER seen or heard of the price of a rental property dropping just due to a potential tenant’s request that it is over his/her budget.

If they are having trouble renting the property (and you realistically have another acceptable option if they refuse to lower the rent), then you might have more leverage. But you also might want to ask yourself WHY they are having trouble renting the property. Perhaps there is something other than the price that makes it undesirable to other potential tenants?

im pregnant and 15 and my boyfriends 16 and we have to move out of our houses to take care of our kid when its born.we dont have a car and i have school at a place that doesnt have buses and what not to help me get to and from there. we need money help and apartment help but we dont exactly know how we can get money to afford all of this.any ideas?

Since you are not 18 nor have a job there is no landlord willing to rent you an apartment. Call Social Services and apply for welfare. You will be placed in a foster home. No you cannot get emancipated since you cannot support yourself, pay rent, buy health insurance.

Any sale of real estate should be recorded with the county. If you sold the property privately and did not record the sale, you could have problems.

Do you have a bill of sale or other document relating to the sale? If it was a cash transaction, do you have a copy of the check that they used to pay you? If the purchase was financed by the person who purchased it from you, you might want to check with their lender.

Most real estate sales are handled either by title companies or a real estate lawyer. If you did one of these options, then you should have a closing statement. Contact the title company or real estate lawyer who handled the sale and they should be able to provide you with documents to prove that you sold the property and were paid for it.

Ok so I’m only 14 but I would like to follow a career as a realestate agent. I have a family friend how is a realestate agent but haven’t seen her for a while so I have not been able to ask her for a while.
So I would like to know how much they make?
I’m pretty sure that they would get 5% of every house they sell, is that true.

not sure how i should approach the situation if its wise to rent directly through owner? Any info, tips or experiences would be much appreciated. Am going to arrange to inspect but not sure what i should and shouldnt ask, how do i know they are decent people as the granny flat is attached to the house. Any tips please! Its for me and my daughter so i want to make sure its safe.

Make sure you get a receipt for every payment you make and keep it.
Legally if you pay a bond the landlord must submit it to the State Rental Bond board which is usually part of the Dept of Fair Trading in your State.

Not that it really matters though,as long as you get a receipt for any payments you make to him.

Obviously check to see if the place is clean,check to see what sort of people the owners are,is there beer cans lying around etc.
Do they look ok,does the surroundings look ok.
Do they have pets that could disturb you,big dogs etc.

Is there enough privacy for you and your daughter ?
Look at where the windows are,is there curtains,where are the windows facing?

If you have a car,where can you park it?

Ask if there is a bond ?
How about rent,how many weeks in advance ?
Do they want you to sign a lease,then in that case your bond must be submitted to the State rental board.
How long notice do you have to give to move out ?
Is the electrcity a separate bill ?
Is there any other expenses or just the rent ?
Where is the laundry ?
What about clothes line?
Now,if you pay a bond,usually 4 weeks rent,then you should note and get the owner to sign it,ANY damage ,such as stains on carpets,etc.
Having said all that,its far better you go with a polite friendly attitude rather than be distrustful of them,because they are probaly sussing you out more and more worried who they are going to get living behind there house.

My name is Cheryl Thomas and I live in Temple Hills, Maryland. I am currently at risk of losing my home and am working two full time jobs to make my mortgage payments. When I refinanced my mortgage, my broker convinced me to take out a risky-high rate loan even though my credit was in good standing. She said if made on time payments she would help me refinance at a better rate. I made my payments on time she never helped me refinance. Now I am locked into a loan that I cannot afford. I know I am not alone in this situation. If elected president how will you protect borrowers from brokers who will say whatever they have to to sell a loan?
