how to get started in commercial realty in Ontario?

i am about to write the final exam and then i will be looking for a sales job, but do most brokerages offer training? OREA courses don’t do much for you at all in terms of the reality of commercial realty representation, so i’m going to be needing a lot of hands-on training. thanks.

I imagine it works similar to the way it works in the US. In the US the individual brokerage would provide on the job training or some sort of mentor-ship, but commercial brokers are a great deal more picky about rookies coming into the business so if you don’t have any sales experience it will be tougher to find a good broker. Often there is continuing education apart what is necessary for licensing that is valued. Where I am from one such program is with CCIM (see link) which can add to your credibility to your commercial real estate peers, and clientele.

I’m looking to rent a single-family home in central florida but I’m having some troubles finding realty companies in the area. These are the ones I know of so far:

Era

It is good that you have the name of the real estate companies in Central Florida. They probably are the best at selling houses you would have in the area.

You might would want to seek the property management companies in Central Florida. They are the best at getting you into a rental, whether it be a condo, townhouse, apartment or house. Thy would be able to provide you a list of rental units, the requirements and applications to qualify and anything necessary to rent one of the units.

Each management company would have a separate rental list.

How to check if coop connection or realty connection is legitimate or scam?

I am looking for apartment and I find this place from Craigslist. I want to know how long has coop connection has been in business. If they are legal business?

Craigslist is full of scams.
Never give anyone any personal information online.
Never pay any deposits or give anyone account information
Only get an apartment if you can do a full walkthrough first, and ask the person showing you the place show your their ID to make sure it matches your lease paperwork. Do a background check on the property to see who owns it.
I’ve seen many, many scams where people give a deposit online, then get a key, and the key never fits the place

My realty good friends is cutting her self because her parents are sperated now and stuff going downhill any?

She is like my best friend I rely love her I don’t want her to cut herself she won’t lit sent to me help

The usual reason is to take away the pain of a situation she may be in and the pain of cutting herself alleviates any other feelings that she may be having.

The only way you are going to get her to quit cutting is have her admit that she does need to get help and the sooner the better.

It might be very difficult for you to convince her. You are going to have to be patient with her. She, more than likely, is not going to be very receptive when it comes to getting medical help (usually treatment by a mental health professional) for herself.

This is a very difficult situation in order to be involved in. She may not be willing to explain to you just why she is cutting, let alone seeking out medical help as far as she might be concerned with at this time.

Try to be patient with her and lead her down the right path so that she will overcome the action of self harming.

I’m looking for anyone who has worked for these companies Keyes, Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker etc. I already know that I need one that provides great training and mentoring, which is why I want details on your experience with these companies and which one you think is best. Keller Williams or Remax is about the best. Florida also has some small independent realtors that provide what your looking for depending on your area of interest.

How can a realty company take posession of my land and assets when I own it?

A realtor has taken twenty feet of my land including a well and driveway claiming it as theirs. I have owned this land for over ten years although I’ve never fenced it or lived on it.

You may be mistaken.

You would have to have a licensed surveyor mark the lines in a dispute.

Should i get the LG EnvTouch or the Samsung Realty?

This is a really tough choice.
My last two phoens have been LG and i have been very satisfied with them. The thought of going to Samsung kinda makes me nervous.

Well I don’t have any idea what to pick. The Env has flash which is a big plus while the Reality doesn’t. But i’ve heard that the reality has a better touch screen.
And on the enV you can text on the touchscreen qwerty style while you cannot on the Reality.

What do you think? Thanks!

Ok i had the enV Touch. The flash really doesn’t help hardly at all. In the pictures it makes everyone look blue with my experience. Also, typing qwerty style on the touch screen is such a PAIN. Don’t do it. The physical keyboard is so much better and the touch screen isn’t good enough to be satisfied with just typing on that. I really really liked the physical keyboard on the enV Touch. Probably one of the best keyboards ive typed on. I now have the Samsung Fascinate and it’s a good phone so don’t be scared to switch to Samsung. I don’t know much about the Reality but i really liked my enV Touch.

Atheists,Do you think having values only of this world and realty is selfish and ignorant?

From my understanding people whose primary values are of this world are considered selfish,controlling and ignorant.. I Love this world and life in it but I just cannot have this world as my primary value and People like atheist and some religion who focus only on this world and life scary me and think that they are very controlling and selfish and have they own made laws and values who guide and judge people and are not fair and right.

Morals have been around long before religion. Go figure

Atheist laws are usually secular and therefore benefit everyone

Dilbeck has a good name – but is commercially orientened rather that than residential! Good Luck!
