Hi I read one article in your website. Just a few comments: Theft is theft. In Costa Rica as it is China, as it is in Canada. The fact that squatters have rights do not exonerate them from penal law. Do not mix the two things. Locals are exposed to theft as much as foreigners. The sqatting problem cannot be fixed so long as you have poor people. Now the theft problem, that is a totally different problem in its own.

Costa Rica is not what it used to be when I was a kid. Places like Tamarindo are totaly overdeveloped, just like Flamingo, and other areas. Too bad that so many ” developers ” came to Costa Rica and ruined our coastal areas. You should also show the many constructions and earth movements in the video.
