I can’t really agree with you that infomercial gurus are all scams. I will admit there are many out there, but informercial marketing isn’t too different from internet marketing. If you’re operating in an ethical manner then you’re achiving the same results whether over TV or on the Net. Some people don’t understand that they are only getting basic info and that they’ll likely be upselled. It would be nice for some of these gurus to menion that, but business is busines and I see the same online.

C’mon guy. If you’ve been in real estate for a while then you know all of those Infomercials are scams. The real estate market right now is poor. Housing prices are on the decline. Not a good time to put any money into that market. If you’ve ever been to rent court then you know renting is a joke also. The best way for success is to work in all cash. “No Realtors”, they are a waste of time and money, Find a buddy in a title company and you’ll be fine. Dave Del Dotto, Russ Whitney, etc are a joke
