		<description>I checked the website below - which is an independent view of mutual funds and both funds pass their test!

In as much as you are buying sector funds, you are not as diversified as if you bought a simple index fund.   Personally, I prefer ETFs because they have lower cost structures and are bought and sold on a stock exchange. By the way, - when I look at the 2 you mentioned Fidelity charges a $75 transaction fee for each.
