LOL at 3:22 people … LOL at 3:22 people who have 100s of millions or billions in the bank, ha, they don’t have it in the bank, they had it in mostly real estate that’s worth half what it was and things are getting worse, so they are worried now about how much more they are going to lose, what a joke to think they are going to waste money on some cookie cutter apartment. As far as tourism, this place looks like Miami but hotter, dryer and polluted, who wants that on vacation other than new money posers and eurotrash?

The trust in those investments has totally gone, the prices went totally out of scale for the last years and now the price can only keep dropping for a long time.
The only thing that can be intresting for a normall human the coming decade is to buy an appartment when the prices reach a very low point.
Besides that i dont see what could bring this massive bubble back to life.
